This position will train under and assist an experienced Account Manager in managing a portfolio of maintenance contracts to a wide variety of customers.T

esponsibilities:M

anage all aspects of a commercial landscape maintenance portfolio, including customer service ideals, enhancement sales, and quality and production expectations. Anticipate customer problems and concerns and take action to meet and exceed customer expectationsB
uild and maintain proactive communication and positive business relationships with residential and commercial clients, property managers, HOAs and other stakeholdersW
ork collaboratively with peer managers on various projectsM
anage quality control of the portfolio to include assisting with property evaluations and client meetings to asses needs and client satisfaction; troubleshoot problems when necessaryR
esponsible for financial management and profitability goals of department: Interpretation and management of job cost reports, capital expenditures, and small tool budgetsP
roactively conduct property evaluations and client meetings to assess needs and client satisfaction; troubleshoot problems when necessary. Attend board meetings when requestedE
ffectively manage the activities of maintenance crews of 3-5 employees; communicate with Crew Leaders on a daily basis to ensure work schedules are adhered to in a safe and efficient manner, and ensure employee time is reported accuratelyP
rovide supervision and develop employees through positive interactions, giving feedback and providing on-the-job trainingC
oordinate associated equipment, manpower, and procure necessary materialsE
ngage in on-the-job and cross-training with colleagues of other Yard-Nique divisions and departmentsE
stablish and maintain safety and security at jobsites for all employees and customersP

asic knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, plant identification and irrigation techniques preferredA

asic Qualifications:A

S or BS degree in Horticulture, Construction, or related field, preferredM
inimum 3-5 years related experienceA
